How to buy Bright Greens with a debit/credit card
Prepare
If you want to pay with a debit or credit card, make sure you are logged out of any Paypal accounts first.
Buy with debit card
- Go to brightgreens.io and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click the Buy with debit card button.
- Select the number of Bright Greens you want to buy. Click Return.
- Complete your details.
- Click the Paypal button at the bottom of the page.
- You will be redirected to a Paypal window.
- Select Pay with a card.
- On the next page enter your email and click Continue to Payment.
- Complete your card details and billing address.
- If you don't want to sign up for a Paypal account, turn off the blue slider that says Save information and create your Paypal account.
- Click Pay now as guest.
- You will receive a payment receipt by email.
How to receive your Bright Greens
We will hold your Bright Greens in our Treasury until we receive your wallet address. We will also hold your funds in our account until we have sent your Bright Greens to your wallet.
- If you already have a wallet, please send the address to support@loveto.group. Include a screenshot of your payment receipt.
- If you don't have a wallet, please sign up for one and then send us the details, as above.
- We will deliver your Bright Greens direct to your wallet within 2 business days. We'll send you an email to let you know.
Troubleshooting
If you also have a Paypal account and it opens automatically
Sometimes Paypal opens automatically and it doesn't give you a choice to pay by debit card or log out of your account. It will look something like this.

- You can add another card in your Paypal account.
- Alternatively, you can open your Paypal account in another tab and then log out of it again. Sometimes you may have to do this several times.
- If that fails, make sure you're logged out of Paypal. Clear your cache and try again.
